FROM OUR ORIGINS TO THE FUTURE
1972
In 1972, Remo Cangini decides to use his experience as a plant supervisor for a large restaurant equipment manufacturer and create CASTA di Cangini Remo, which he runs for over twenty years.
1996
Following the development of new production processes and the relaunch of marketing strategies, CASTA becomes CE certified for a series of products, thus acquiring a position of absolute leadership within the industry.
2005
In order to respond to the continuous expansion of the Italian and international market with an increasingly more comprehensive and technologically advanced range of products, CASTA acquires the brands, patents and projects for two globally well-known and respected range lines (Tiqu7 and Vesta900 by OM GAS).
2011
CASTA's story continues and evolves with the development of new environmental and sustainability policies. In response to the strong commitment to social responsibility displayed by management, always focused on environmental issues and energy efficiency, CASTA installs solar panels across the entire surface of the new building, generating significant cost reduction while providing a renewable and low-polluting source of energy.
2016
Casta further expands and inaugurates CASTA 2, the new headquarters, located at Via F.lli Lumiere 30, which houses a "touch and feel" showroom, where customers get to touch and experience firsthand the quality of the equipment. Additionally, this new facility also provides offices, a meeting room and a demo and academy room to test the equipment's performance through its use. In order to fulfill growing market demand, the company also designs two new standard lines, EASY700 and LADY900, to be manufactured at this location.
2022
In the company of many customers, friends and associates who have come to the Villa Selva headquarters from all over the world, CASTA Professional Cooking Equipment celebrates its first fifty years with a memorable event, a collection of stories and emotions, suggestions and values, an original mix that perfectly renders the image of a company that has based its identity and stylistic code on constant innovation and the ability to amaze.
1993
The founder retires and closes the business, effectively starting the second phase of the CASTA story. In the same year, four employees of the newly closed company inherit the name and become the owners of the new CASTA. The company can therefore count on the experience in the industry of two of its partners, Rino Monti and Paolo Sintucci, and on the enthusiasm of the two younger partners, Loretta Carbonetti and Maurizio Casanova.
2001
The new headquarters was inaugurated in Via Fratelli Lumière in Forlì, with new cutting-edge machinery and an efficient and innovative production organization.
2008
The year 2008 marks the entry as a manager of Paolo Valmorri, an individual with proven experience accrued over many years as a production supervisor. CASTA's story continues and evolves with the development of new environmental and sustainability policies. In response to the strong commitment to social responsibility displayed by management, always focused on environmental issues and energy efficiency, CASTA installs solar panels across the entire surface of the new building, which generates significant cost reduction while providing a renewable and low-polluting source of energy.
2014
Total quality, which is CASTA's main objective and the basis of its new business strategies, results in the company obtaining the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Certification, in recognition of the effective and efficient application of its quality system.
2019
The third company facility, CASTA 3, is inaugurated for use as a warehouse, specifically to fulfill the growing demand for standard modular cooking equipment originating mostly from foreign markets, which account for about 60% of the company turnover.

CASTA TODAY: QUALITY AND RELIABILITY
Participation in the most prominent national and international trade shows has helped the company conquer new markets, which in turn have been able to discover and appreciate the advantages of CASTA's professional cooking equipment catalog, a constantly evolving tool enriched by new models and the use of updated technologies.
The rest is just news: today as always, CASTA is synonymous with quality and reliability. And it will be tomorrow too.
