COOKING WITH -80% SMOKE AND STRONG ODORS
With traditional systems, grease falls on the heat source, typically positioned at the bottom, thus generating smoke and bad odors. Our system, on the contrary, drains excess liquids into special water pans (water-fillable pans), positioned on the bottom of BroilyGrill®, which are easily removable and dishwasher safe.
Forget hot flames and burnt steaks: the result is a perfectly healthy and highly digestible product.

VERSATILITY
It is not only a matter of versatility, but also of STANDARDIZATION: thanks to our T&T BROILYPROCESS system, which entails the use of a Timer and a Thermometer with Probe, we create a repeatable and consistent work process that simplifies kitchen operations.
Our process guarantees perfect results, without the risk of errors: you can safely entrust an apprentice with using BroilyGrill®. Even for a fine cut.

EASY CLEANING
To complete its cleaning system, BroilyGrill® is also equipped with an integrated drain on the bottom of the cooking chamber, which allows rapid outflow of food residues, and a hand-held sprayer (optional accessory) to refill the water pan during use and to rinse and remove dirt.
REVOLUTIONARY COOKING SYSTEM
• Radiation: Its heating elements (gas or electric) placed at the top reach a temperature of 850°C in a few minutes, emitting infrared heat just like the classic charcoal or wood embers. The results are incredible and cannot be replicated by traditional methods.
• Conduction: its thick grates accumulate and store heat, which is then evenly transferred to the food by direct contact.
• Natural convection: the structure of BroilyGrill® generates an oven effect, which creates a flow of hot air at constant temperature that envelops the food and cooks it evenly on all sides.

Our History
1972
Remo Cangini, former plant supervisor for OM Gas, a manufacturer of large professional kitchens, used his knowledge and resourcefulness to create CASTA.
1993
The baton was passed on to four associates who had been with the company for years. The new team embarked on a new journey to help CASTA expand its presence in the market.
1996
CASTA obtained the CE certification and became a reference point in its field.
2001
Strong growth led to the construction of new headquarters in Forlì, CASTA1, featuring new technologies and equipment for greater production efficiency.
2005
To support its expansion in the national and international markets, CASTA acquired from OM Gas two standard range lines, that were already internationally well-known and respected: Tiqu7 and Vesta900.
2016
CASTA expanded further, creating Easy700 and Lady900 to meet the growing needs of the restaurant business, and inaugurated CASTA2 to support the increased production.
2019
CASTA3, a logistics warehouse, was inaugurated to meet the need for greater delivery speed and precision.
2022
CASTA celebrated its 50th anniversary by continuing to look to the future with enthusiasm and passion.

Smoke and burnt smell normally come from excess fat burning and dripping on the heat source. With BroilyGrill® instead, we placed the heating elements above the grill, so that excess liquids can drain into special water pans. This system reduces the quantity of smoke and odors by 80% and allows for easier cleaning.
